Fitness is about so much more than fighting fat. It is about how you feel, about your body and you as an individual. It can help you step into yourself and be who you want to be.

This TED Talk, by ‘researcher-storyteller’ Brene Brown, stretches far beyond what the standard ‘fitness’ blog would cover, yet its content could not be more relevant. Of the 27,000,000 people to have watched her speech, I’d imagine the vast majority are now more courageous in embracing vulnerability.
