“This is the one. This is the time I get feeling good and stay there". You’ve been disciplined with your diet and smashing the gym.

But wait. Fast-forward a few weeks and you’re struggling. Inch-by-inch your motivation slips away. And then… a wave of failure; your dip in motivation spirals out of control.

 

So how do you stay on track? Well, try asking yourself three questions:

1. Why did i start?

2. WHY AM I STRUGGLING TO STAY motivated?

3. WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE TO GET BACK ON TRACK?

I want you to feel good well beyond the 14-Day Fix.

That means thinking long-term and planning for adversity. It's never easy escaping a dip in motivation, but give these questions a go next time you're struggling.
