What's On Offer? 

A transformational fitness experience. 

Your ticket includes a 45 minute workout and tools for change to improve your performance. You will leave with simple mindset techniques that you will be able to use immediately to transform your performance and life to the levels of excellence that you desire.

 

  • Workshop (1/2) with Mindset Coach Vida Scanell - Vida will show you how to go beyond what you believe is possible. By learning how our minds and communication interact with each other to drive our patterns of behaviour and belief you will be able to improve your performance and results.

  • Workout (1/2) with Chris Pinner - Chris will guide you through a circuit of challenging exercises which test mind and body. Expect endurance, strength and core work.

  • Workshop (2/2) with Vida - Top-up technique to enable you to stretch your limits and maximise your results individually and collectively.

  • Workout (2/2) with Chris - Expect another physical and mental test which draws on your ability to dig deep

 

Vida is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner (INLPTA) who currently runs wellbeing at LEON Restaurants. Before this she was running rehabilitation programmes for young men in prison.

After the workout Vida will guide us through a group discussion to explore how you can apply the techniques learnt to maximise performance in all aspects of your life.

After all that, we will tuck into some post-workout protein.  Courtesy of LEON, we will have some hot post-workout food to enjoy.

Whatever your fitness level and workout experience, we’d love to see you. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to rest between exercises as well as time to mingle post-workout. If you haven't been to one of our events before please do not worry about coming alone. All friends of Innerfit are awesome!

    Thursday 24th May 7.00-8.45pm. Your evening will go something like this:

    • 7.00pm - Arrival, Registration & Welcome
    • 7.20pm - Workshop 1/2
    • 7.40pm - Workout 1/2
    • 8.00pm - Workshop 2/2
    • 8.05pm - Workshop 2/2
    • 8.25pm - Discussion on Mindset Techniques with Vida
    • 8.40pm - Thank you & Goodie Bags

    The workouts were intense but the variety meant you flew through without even realising. Before I knew it 45mins was over and I was listening to an awesome talk
