A transformational fitness experience. Guests got 45 minutes of exercise and mindset techniques to transform their lives for the better.
The evening comprised:
Workshop (1/2) with Mindset Coach Vida Scanell - Vida will show you how to go beyond what you believe is possible. By learning how our minds and communication interact with each other to drive our patterns of behaviour and belief you will be able to improve your performance and results.
Workout (1/2) with Chris Pinner - Chris will guide you through a circuit of challenging exercises which test mind and body. Expect endurance, strength and core work.
Workshop (2/2) with Vida - Top-up technique to enable you to stretch your limits and maximise your results individually and collectively.
Workout (2/2) with Chris - Expect another physical and mental test which draws on your ability to dig deep
Vida is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner (INLPTA) who currently runs wellbeing at LEON Restaurants. Before this she was running rehabilitation programmes for young men in prison.
After the workout Vida guided us through a group discussion to explore how to apply the techniques learnt to maximise performance in all aspects of life.
After all that, we enjoyed some post-workout protein. Courtesy of LEON, we had some hot post-workout food to enjoy.
