Research shows that 92% of New Year resolutions fail.

SMART goal setting and writing down goals can increase your chances of success. And if you send those goals along with some action commitments to a friend every week you boost your odds of success event further.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to write down your very own SMART goals on paper in the next 30 minutes.
