What's On Offer? 

A holistic health experience. 

Your ticket includes 4x 12minute workouts across 4 different sections:

  • Team Challenge 1 with Chris Pinner - Complete as many xx

  • Team Challenge 2  with Chris Pinner - Complete as many xx

  • Team Challenge 3 with xx - Partner up to

  • Team Challenge 3 with xx - xx

 

Workouts finish by 8.20pm but it'll be well worth sticking around as you also get:

 

And if that isn’t enough, we’re excited to share that Innerfit's Nutritional Therapist Kristy Coleman will be hosting a guest talk on xx

 

Whatever your fitness level and workout experience, we’d love to see you. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to rest between sets and circuits (or not, if you want to push the intensity!) as well as time to mingle post-workout. If you haven't been to one of our events before please do not worry about coming alone. All friends of Innerfit are awesome! So dress to impress in your best workout gear ready and come armed with a positive attitude.

 

 

WHEN?

    Tuesday 20th February 7.10-8.45pm. Your evening will go something like this:

    • 7.10pm - Arrival, Registration & Welcome
    • 7.25pm - Workout 1/4
    • 7.40pm - Workout 2/4
    • 7.50pm - Workout 3/4
    • 8.00pm - Workout 4/4
    • 8.20pm - Protein & Talk with Nutritional Therapist Kristy Coleman
    • 8.40pm - Thank you & Goodie Bags

    Depending on the bundle you go for, you can choose to use your class sessions on the dates that work best for you. Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan the session.
