WHAT EXACTLY DO I GET?

 

6x 1-1 Consultations

 

You are unique.That's why I listen to you before even thinking about we set your targets and hold you accountable.

We kick-off with a 1-1 discussion to define your fitness goals. Once we are clear on where we want to get to, we set targets to get there.

We talk every 2 weeks on the telephone or via Skype. Each session is all about you. Before each conversation you will complete a pre-questionnaire to help us get the most from the session. We dig into any challenges you've experienced and then map the path to success for the coming 2 weeks.

ONGOING SUPPORT & THE INNERFIT APP

 

Your tailored workouts, diet and motivational content on a 3 Month Coaching Package, whether using your laptop on the sofa or mobile in the gym, will always be there for you.

You will get 24/7 Whatsapp support and a 30min online check-in every 2 weeks to keep you on track. And as soon as you join up, you'll receive your very own login details to access your unique plan via the Innerfit website and the Innerfit app and member login...
