Objective: Get the Hut team feeling healthy and happy in a way which brings everyone together

Action: Chris, Innerfit’s founder, runs fitness classes on Monday nights, whatever the weather. We have kept classes interesting by getting feedback and embracing new ideas along the way. We have also conducted 1-1 Consultations all those in the team who wanted some more personal well-being questions answered.

Result: Over 12 months worth of weekly workouts without a single session missed (excluding holidays)! The weekly social kick-starts the week and was voted one of Hut's highlights for 2017:
