A Word From Chris
Before founding Innerfit, I worked at a US investment bank, Strategy Consultancy and Sports Marketing agency. Consulting led me from Mumbai to Moscow, but regularly demanded working weekends, 12+ hour days and the odd 36-hour shift. It was an amazing, but physically and mentally demanding experience.
The next 2 years I spent in sports marketing (and Sunday Times Top 100 Employer) were an eye-opener, proving to me just how important our physical and mental health are to both our performance and happiness.

We start with an audit to define the solutions right for the team, then deliver them as part of a full programme over 3 months or more, including ongoing delivery support and employee access to Personal Services (3 Month Plans & 1-1 Training).
