A Word From Chris

Before founding Innerfit, I worked at a US investment bank, Strategy Consultancy and Sports Marketing agency. Consulting led me from Mumbai to Moscow, but regularly demanded working weekends, 12+ hour days and the odd 36-hour shift. It was an amazing, but physically and mentally demanding experience.

The next 2 years I spent in sports marketing (and Sunday Times Top 100 Employer) were an eye-opener, proving to me just how important our physical and mental health are to both our performance and happiness. 

I founded Innerfit in 2016 on a mission to help as many people as possible boost their well-being. I have been working with amazing people and companies ever since...

Bespoke ProgrammeS

If you want a more comprehensive solution we can design a bespoke programme to deliver over time.

We start with an audit to define the solutions right for the team, then deliver them as part of a full programme over 3 months or more, including ongoing delivery support and employee access to Personal Services (3 Month Plans & 1-1 Training).
