Monday, 7pm. You look in the gym mirror. Reflecting back at you is a strong-minded woman, rocking the latest Lulu Lemon look and bubbling with self-confidence – she’s ready to kick the week off with a killer workout.
That’s the girl next to you. Gaze at your own reflection and what do you see? A shadow of your former fit-self. Your workout confidence has evaporated. You move over to your usual treadmill, promising yourself tomorrow will be a new day.
