Monday, 7pm. You look in the gym mirror. Reflecting back at you is a strong-minded woman, rocking the latest Lulu Lemon look and bubbling with self-confidence – she’s ready to kick the week off with a killer workout.

That’s the girl next to you. Gaze at your own reflection and what do you see? A shadow of your former fit-self. Your workout confidence has evaporated. You move over to your usual treadmill, promising yourself tomorrow will be a new day.

We’ve all been there. Whether you’ve just come back from holiday, sickness or just lost your love for fitness, it can be hard getting back into the swing of things. So, wherever you workout, how can you win back your confidence?
